You don't need more than a kitchen knife to remove a clove of garlic from the skin without touching it with your hands.

The network celebrates the kitchen trick euphorically.

Garlic peeling is not for the impatient.

If you're a little unlucky with the bulb you've chosen, it takes a lot of finesse to peel the skins off the clove.

Not to mention the bad smell on your hands.

A TikTok user puts an end to this problem: With his method, even a blunt butter knife is enough to peel garlic easily and in seconds.

Especially when you have to peel large quantities of garlic, you can quickly lose patience.

A classic that makes peeling at least a few cloves easier: place the cloves on the work surface and press down slightly with the palm of your hand or the width of a knife.

Then simply peel off the shells.

A TikTok user uses a completely different kitchen trick: take a bulb of garlic in your hand and use a knife to pierce a clove of garlic that is still in the bulb.

Then push the toe out with a slight twist.

It might take some practice to do that.
