The settlement was signed at the behest of the Bennett family.

Sporta admitted to the court what was attributed to her in the amended indictment and said: "I never intended to harm her hair from the head of the Bennett family. I am sorry that I denied in the investigation, but many factors influenced me not to confess, including the lawyer who cornered me. I express sorrow and remorse."

Sporta will be sent for a review and a test, after which there will be a discussion of arguments for punishment.

It is estimated that the prosecutor's office will seek to sentence the Likud activist to 9 months in prison.

The investigation of the case was opened with the arrival of the first letter of threats, which arrived on April 25, to which were attached two live bullets and threats of murder addressed to the Prime Minister's son, Yoni Bennett, and to his wife Gilat.

The second letter arrived on April 28 and surprised the investigators, so they realized that this was a serious incident and took into account that the sender of the letters had access to ammunition and the ability to carry out the threat.

One of the letters reads: "This is the bullet that will hit and target your Gilat the swindler or you Naftali Bennett the swindler, resign my advice to you."

The police were assisted by MZP laboratories and graphologists who were able to cross-check the handwriting that appeared in the threat letters with the handwriting of Sporta. As part of the investigation, the police collected various letters that Sporta previously sent to elected officials, which she used to send in protest of various issues on the agenda. One of those addressed in the past was the ombudsman. Formerly Avichai Mandelblit.
