Officers smashed a suspected illegal fishing machine gambling stall on Tung Choi Street, and arrested a 42-year-old man surnamed Su suspected of "operating a gambling establishment" and "not carrying identity documents when going out". Seven local men and one Mainland man, Those aged between 40 and 64 were arrested on suspicion of "gambling in a gambling establishment".

All those arrested are being detained for investigation.
During the operation, officers also raided and inspected 43 places in the area, including nightclubs, bars, mahjong parlors, dance halls, billiard rooms, game center and hotels, to ensure that the responsible persons and customers complied with the relevant measures.
