Erkheim – There was another bang: last night (January 19, 2023) an ATM of the local savings bank in Erkheim was blown up.
The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA) has taken over the investigation and is looking for witnesses to the incident.
On Thursday night (January 19, 2023) at around 2 a.m., an ATM in Erkheim at Günztalstraße 11 was blown up with explosives.
The ATM is located in the branch of the local Sparkasse.
The unknown perpetrators then fled in a dark car, presumably Audi, in the direction of the nearby A96.

The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA) has taken over the investigation.
More detailed investigations of the explosives are to take place in the coming days at the BLKA's Forensic Institute in Munich.
