Horacio Homs faced the complaint made by his ex-son-in-law and referred to the rumors of an affair between the actress and the soccer player.

Horacio Homs

, Camila's father, spoke again about the controversial separation between his daughter and

Rodrigo de Paul

.

He did it after the scandal that was generated by a series of leaked chats and the criminal complaint that the footballer initiated

"for threats and harassment."

The former father-in-law of the Atlético de Madrid midfielder also spoke of the controversial audio of his that was leaked and confronted all the rumors in a note that he gave to

Socios del espectaculo

(El Trece, Monday through Friday at 11).

"If (the chats) were leaked, it was from a party that was not mine.

I am calm because they say that I have complaints about threats, but if you heard the audio there are no threats

. The only thing I said is 'you are going to meet him at Horacio Homs', but from what I can get to talk (about De Paul) and the things I know (about him)", the model's father justified himself.

Homs provided a complaint to "Partners of the show".

And he added about the statements to his ex-son-in-law: "

I was very confused at that time with things that were happening with Camila

. And he told me that if such a thing did not happen, they would talk about such a thing in a case of mine that we have already been acquitted. Nothing, it's over."

"In the audio you told him that he stole at your house, that he stole at Camila's … What did you mean by that?" asked the member of

Socios

.

But Horacio avoided giving details about that part of the conversation that went viral some time ago: "We gentlemen have no memory, it's an audio that I sent to him. He

knows what I'm talking about and I really don't want to talk anymore."

Rodrigo de Paul and Camila Homs were a couple for a decade and have two children together.

Then, Homs once again emphasized that the audio was circulated by the Atlético de Madrid footballer's entourage: "

I don't understand how he could get that audio, harming himself

. Yes, I was a little hurt because I said atrocities that I shouldn't have told him. But hey , they are hot flashes of the moment".

Regarding the various chats that were leaked in which his daughter was exposed, Horacio avoided further arguing and, at some point, was even conciliatory with De Paul.

"I do not defend Rodrigo, but you have to understand him. This boy has 3 million quilombos too.

He is wrong in several things. You have to understand him, he should not be going through his best moment, I think," he analyzed.

Later, when he was asked about the link he had with the Argentine national team footballer, Homs recalled when he met him when he was barely a teenager.

"When I was little, maybe we had a bond like any father of the bride with him.

I've known him since he was 15 or 16 years old. He went to Camila's 15th birthday."

De Paul with Camila when they were teenagers.

And then he recalled a stage that brought back bad memories for him personally: "Then (Rodrigo)

went to play in Europe and unfortunately as a father I felt a little hurt because they took the girl to me.

Camila was 18 years old, very small. But I accepted it because it was his happiness at the time."

When talking about how he found out about the separation, he referred to a rumor that arose some time ago and in which they linked the former Racing with Eugenia

La China

Suárez.

"I found out one morning from a friend of mine. She tells me 'do you know anything about Rodrigo being with La China? Later I talked to Rodrigo and he told me: 'Gordo, I swear I was not with La China'. Nothing began there. problem," he recalled.

Finally, Horacio acknowledged that when De Paul began dating Tini Stoessel and began to show himself publicly, he stopped having a fluid relationship.

"From then on I practically didn't speak anymore. Each one had their stories and I can't say anything at all. Each one owns falling in love with whoever they like. They were simply the ways (the ones they didn't like) of what happened later. But You can fall in love with anyone," he said.

Horacio Homs had already spoken about Rodrigo De Paul's complaint

At the beginning of the year, Horacio Homs had also spoken and dismissed the accusations of his ex-son-in-law, who turned to Justice in the midst of his scandalous separation from Camila.

In detail, the footballer's ex-father-in-law spoke with

us in the morning

(El Trece, at 9:30) and referred to the complaint made by Rodrigo De Paul for "threats and harassment."

"I don't care because there was no threat from me and neither from Camila

," he said at the time.

Then, the man assured that the Atlético de Madrid player "did not put the entire text (because of the chats with his daughter that he presented in the complaint) because he would be greatly harmed."

In addition, he clarified: "The phrase 'you are going to know Horacio Homs well' I said it for everything I have to say, all the intimacies that I know, not threatening him …".

Finally, he acknowledged that although the tone was not correct, he did it to defend his daughter: "Insults are wrong, but I want to know if a father is not going to repute himself if he sees how a man treats his daughter, like Rodrigo treated Camila at the time...", he said.

And, in that sense, he described the midfielder as a "bad person."
