The week of Rétromobile (from February 1 to 5) is already looking promising in the field of auctions.
All the big houses - Artcurial, Bonhams and RM Sotheby's - gave an appointment to collectors.
The Canadian house RM Sotheby's will open the auction ball on February 1 at the Carrousel du Louvre.
The next day, it will be Bonhams' turn to receive fans at the ephemeral Grand Palais for its traditional “Les Grandes Marques” sale.
Finally, within the Retromobile fair, the French house Artcurial will organize two sales of vehicles on 3 and 4 February.
For a few months behind the scenes, the three houses have been busy presenting the most attractive of catalogues.
Porsche
In the field of Porsche 911 Turbo, Bonhams has scored points by dispersing a collection of no less than eleven models exclusively with air-cooled engines, that is to say versions prior to the 996 generation. Unheard of!
Coming from Italy, this collection, sold without a reserve price, includes only cars in excellent condition.
Among them emerge a few nuggets.
The most exclusive of this collection of 911s equipped with the supercharged, air-cooled flat-six is undoubtedly the 1993 964 Turbo S Leichtbau. Porscheen produced a small series of just 86 units to commemorate its title in the IMSA Supercar Championship.
This model is marked by a reduction of 180 kilos and a power increased to 381 horsepower.
It is estimated between 1 and 1.2 million euros.

From the 964 generation, the collection also includes a 3.3-litre model from 1991 and a 3.6-litre model from 1993. Remaining in the catalog for only one year, this development is particularly rare.
Owned by an enlightened connoisseur and compulsive 911 Turbo lover, this collection also includes two models of the first generation of the 911 Turbo, a 1975 3-litre with tartan fabric interior and sunroof as well as a 3 1977. A 1989 3.3 liter coupé with 5-speed G50 transmission which has only covered 1,372 kilometers since leaving the factory and can be considered new, as well as a 3.3 liter Targa version from 1987 and a 3.3 liter convertible from 1989 complete the list.
The most recent 911 Turbo is a 1998 993 Turbo S model. Finally,
