Occupied Jerusalem - SANA

Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh renewed his call on the international community to break its silence and take urgent action to stop the escalating Israeli occupation crimes against the Palestinian people and to hold those responsible accountable.

In a statement reported by Wafa Agency, Shtayyeh explained that the occupation forces escalated their crimes against the Palestinians, the latest of which was the martyrdom of Jawad Bawaqna, 58, and Adham Jabarin, 26, at dawn today, in addition to targeting Jenin Hospital and threatening the lives of patients and medical personnel in it, calling on the World Health Organization and all concerned international organizations. To condemn these crimes and intervene to stop them.

For his part, Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki affirmed that the silence of the international community and the double standards it adopts towards the crimes of the Israeli occupation and its settlers against the Palestinian people encourages it to persist in committing more of them.

Al-Maliki indicated that the occupation forces continue their aggression and crimes against the Palestinian people and their sanctities, calling on the international community to take effective action and take practical steps to deter the violations of the occupation and its settlers against the Palestinians and to force the occupation to implement the relevant international resolutions.
