Therefore, he suggested that the south extension of the railway can cross the sea, build a new station in Siu Sai Wan, and connect to the Hong Kong Island Line at Heng Fa Tsuen Station. This will allow residents of Tseung Kwan O to have multiple travel options, and at the same time solve the problem of no railway in Siu Sai Wan. One railway, win-win for both places.
