The spokesman continued to point out that the higher-density housing development will surround the railway station proposed to be located in the central area of ​​District 137, Tseung Kwan O.

The proposed railway station will be within a 500m walking distance of most residents (over 2/3 of the planned population).

The document shows that the "Tseung Kwan O South Extension Line" will provide railway transportation services for Tseung Kwan O District 137, and will extend from the existing network in the form of heavy rail to District 137 through the subsea tunnel opposite the Tseung Kwan O Innovation Park. About 2 hectares of land reclamation is located opposite the Innovation Park to provide a small piece of land to protect a short section of the railway line before entering the water.
