This Friday, January 20, the blogger
Aqababe
was present on the set of “Touche pas à mon poste” to benefit from a right of reply to
Jeremstar
.
The two men are linked by a legal case.
The latter accuses him of defamation, of having
“thrown everything and anything to exist”
.
Indeed, the young 24-year-old influencer is at the origin of “
JeremstarGate
”.
Last June, after four years of proceedings, Jeremstar won his case in court.
But cyberbullying continues to make his life
"hell"
, as he confided in our show "Le Buzz TV".
A few weeks ago, the blogger was on C8 to testify once again about his situation for which he judges Aqababe, Aniss Zitouni of his real name, responsible.
In question, a scoop theft
If he begins by declaring that he launched the "JeremstarGate" for
"a noble cause"
, very quickly other motivations appear in Aqababe's speech:
"Basically, it started with a scoop theft .
He stole my inside scoop on Les Anges
.
The exclusivity in question was the love affair of Shanna Kress and Adrien Laurent in the tenth season of reality TV broadcast on NRJ12.
“He came to record my video on Snap, like that for free”
before sharing on his account
“crossing out the source”
remembers the one who is followed by more than 866,000 followers on Instagram.
He continues to say: “
I joined him
“what is this article, I took out the excluded before you”
then he blocked me.
This is where the war started”
.

Aqababe then describes himself as
"a new digital press on Instagram"
claiming to have
"moles all over the place"
that he does not pay because
"they swing for the bitcher's pleasure"
.
Faced with columnists who were unconvinced by his speech, accusing him of
"spreading scoops"
without really checking his sources, he replied:
"certainly I have the image of the problem guy who surfs on waves of buzz, but it's totally wrong.
I get some stuff that really... it sucks that never came out
. "
However, he then admits to having
"released Jeremstar's sex tape"
for
"revenge"
.
Jeremstar publishes a press release
While Aqababe is live in "Touche pas à mon poste", Jeremstar published a press release on his social networks,
"in reaction to his cyber aggressor"
.
He recalls that Aqababe was
"condemned by the courts to pay 16,000 euros for defamation, public insult and insult on the grounds of sexual orientation"
against him.
This evening on C8, the young man has indeed recognized the homophobic insults:
“I took my phone, I was 18, I was virulent, I spoke badly with my mouth.
Frankly I regret the form
.
But he denies having been convicted of
“defamation”
claiming that
“Jeremstar likes to lie a lot”
about him and
“play on words”.
