The 87-year-old taxi driver involved, surnamed Liang, had his mask half-pull down to reveal his nose.
According to sources at the scene, he was stubborn and claimed that there was no problem with driving.
The incident happened at about 10 o'clock last night. The taxi was traveling west along Gloucester Road and collided with a private car at the opposite of No. 178.
