This author committed to the far left succumbed Thursday, January 19 to cancer, which he still gave news on his blog on December 31.

He claimed more than 100,000 copies sold of this book which pleaded for the right to end one's life with dignity, and provided "

" by drugs.

The authors had had problems with Justice from the moment when several relatives of suicides had accused them of inciting them to take action, since these dead had read the controversial book.
Yves Le Bonniec had been sentenced in 1986 to a six-month suspended prison sentence, not because of the book, but for having answered the letter of a candidate for suicide who asked him how much of a drug to take in order to kill.
Claude Guillon, on the other hand, had been released.
