According to the documents of the Town Planning Commission, the application site is Wuliu Road, Lam Tei, Tuen Mun, covering an area of 1817.06 square meters, including about 91 square meters of government land, which overlaps with the current factory building of Debao Xueli.
The factory asked the authorities to grant planning permission to use the application site as a temporary edible ice factory for a period of three years, with operation hours from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm, which means that if the application is approved, the ice plant can be used for at least Extended to 2026, one year later than the land resumption deadline.
