Pascal Barbot has reopened his restaurant, rue de Longchamp, in Paris. Bigger, more ambitious...

We have been waiting for this reopening.

After years of work, Pascal Barbot and Christophe Rohat, his accomplice in the dining room, can finally welcome their customers at 32 rue de Longchamp.

An oh so embodied address, since Joël Robuchon built Jamin there in 1981. A privatized lounge bears his name.

But make way for the Astrance 2023. The doors open onto a room with a refined decoration.

Light, soothing colours, cozy atmosphere, attentive courtesy… Here, time has the elegance to take a break.

On the wooden tables have been placed a simple white cloth, a refined tableware, and these ceramic pots by Marion Graux where young plants stand: oak, hornbeam, holly… selected by the ONF.

They will be replanted in the forest or will end up in your garden, part of the sale being donated to the Photo4Food Foundation which provides meals to the homeless.

Here, time has the elegance to take a break.
