The police in the country decided to fine him after he uploaded a video to social networks in which he committed the offense and did not wear a seat belt while sitting in the back seat of his car.

"Rishi Sunak doesn't know how to manage his seat belt, his credit card, the train service, the economy, this country," said a Labor spokeswoman.
"Unfortunate Rishi Sunak's campaign video blew up in his face and made him a joke."
