Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has called for stopping the supply of weapons to the Kyiv regime, noting that continued military support to Ukraine could lead to a global conflict.
TASS quoted Radev as saying in statements: “Supplying weapons to Kyiv means that we are extinguishing the fire with gasoline. This means recognizing that there will be more victims, while the most important value is peace and human life.”
Radev pointed out that "military assistance to Ukraine means agreement on the position that military operations should take place until the defeat of one of the two sides, which will involve the country in a global conflict, and will have dire consequences, up to nuclear self-destruction."
Radev pointed out that Bulgaria should not support the conflict in Ukraine, noting that the confrontation in Ukraine has become more violent and expanded, which will lead to a global economic catastrophe already felt by the people of Europe.
Voices are being raised in Europe at the political and popular levels, rejecting the continued supply of weapons to the Kyiv regime, due to its effects in expanding the scope of the existing conflict in Ukraine and multiplying its repercussions.
