The evacuation of the illegal outpost towards the end of the week proves who really upholds the law: the government, not the High Court of Justice and the protesters in Tel Aviv.
The High Court acts according to discretion but regardless of the law. "The law has no importance in itself, if it does not contribute to the design of society," said Aharon Barak in the past when he was appointed Attorney General. This view dictates the alignment of the line in the Supreme Court. The protesters are activated by leaders Irresponsible, who try to overthrow the government just weeks after it was established.

The friction between Netanyahu and his ministers is natural, and it is expected that they will come to the surface from time to time.
But actually Ben Gvir and Smotrich will have no choice.
They will not be able to allow the outposts' initiatives to continue.
If they want to develop settlements, and perhaps also establish a settlement or two - they are obliged to do so through the legal channels.
Whoever initiated the establishment of the outpost probably did not see before his eyes the settlement of the Land of Israel nor the good of the government, nor the interest of all the settlers in the Yosh. Just as in the media there is still a majority of commentators and reporters who support Ayelet Shaked, who continue the sweaty campaign against Netanyahu, so Even in the field, there remain elements on the right who for some reason would like to destabilize the government and help the anti-democratic forces in the streets.

Every crisis in the government should be seen in the context of the struggle for power in Israel.
Crises with the High Court of Justice, which has turned itself into a parallel government, have sometimes been going on for 30 years. But such a confrontation has not occurred. The question arises why, after a decision was reached at the ballot box and Israel breathed a sigh of relief after a four-year crisis, the High Court stands at the head of the political camp that tries to undermine State stability.
It was completely unexpected that such a short time after the establishment of a strong and stable government, the High Court would join the crowd in the street and its leaders - Ehud Barak, Aharon Barak, Yair Golan and Moshe Ya'alon - to disrupt the conduct of the executive authority, and if possible - to overthrow the government.
The breakdown of the outpost came at the same time as Deri's disqualification.
Ben Gvir and Smotrich are responsible enough to close ranks in the government against the attack by President Ester Hayut and the ombudsman Gali in Rabbi Miara. But Smotrich suddenly discovers that the deployment of the IDF or other forces to evacuate outposts is the responsibility of the Minister of Defense.
What the government can gain from the public-media uproar surrounding the Levin reform is to use it to mask law enforcement activities in the Arab sector - mainly weapons collection.
While the privileged ruling class speaks in the name of democracy and the rule of law, someone still has to implement the rule of law.
