Selective human rights and the crime against Lucio Dupuy

What happened to the boy murdered by his mother and her partner is the heart of horror. Lucio Dupuy's grandfather, Ramón, affirms that no organization linked to human rights has called his family in tears since Lucio's mother, and her partner, murdered the boy.

They harassed him, raped him, broke his bones, and killed him.

According to Ramón, they did not receive any messages.

Nor the government.

Why didn't they call them?

Why didn't they go with them?

Are there selective human rights?

Feminism is a noble cause.

Radicalized feminism, like all extremism,

is a belligerent pathology.

There is a social fear of criticizing those ultra positions.

Silence prevails.

Nothing is built with fear.

Justice stands tall when fear gives way to the imperative to rule as it should.

A judge, according to the Dupuy family, handed over Lucio's possession to his mother,

without making the proper inquiries.

If he had investigated what that woman was doing with her son, Lucio might still be alive.

But he didn't

.

It is obvious, Justice becomes profoundly unfair when it fears, when it is corrupted or when it is simply carried away by tacit or explicit pressure from sectors of public opinion that stifle the law.

On February 2, the verdict of Justice regarding the filicida and her partner will be known.

What happened is the heart of the horror.

And the fear deepens then.

Mistreated, abused, and even murdered children are more than are known.

Are the official organizations that must defend minors defending them accordingly or are they sinking into low politics?

It seems sometimes, many times, that everything is forgotten in the logic of the worst, favoring the irreparable and the mute pain that finds no ears for its unheard voice.

There is no help in sight.

Lucio, however, can no longer be helped

.

The tragic is repeated when the cry of the dead is muzzled.

Fear configures that threatening environment that we know.

For fear of being vilified, there are many who do not raise their voices against

the authoritarianism of a terrifying camouflaged progressivism

and with the armor that gives them the fear of denouncing its falsehoods.

Florencia Magalí Morales, liquidated in a jail in San Luis during the pandemic, screams her death and since her death, but no one comes to accompany her relatives.

Solange Muse was unable to see her father, Pablo, because border guards prevented her.

And she died alone.

Abigail Jiménez, with cancer and 12 years old, had to face the lethal intransigence that prevented her from entering Santiago del Estero by car from Tucumán with her parents, and her father had to carry her in his arms along the way, and the girl cried.

And shortly after he passed away.

And so, so many cases of

thousand-year-old loneliness and total helplessness.

There is a heroic history of the fight for Human Rights in Argentina, and there is also a

desecration of that fight.

There were corruptions and embezzlement from the most noble causes, and then there was and is a lawsuit against the truth.

The organic silence of various ideologized but not really committed militants ignores the facts and hides the blood spilled, and the veils that hide the truth grow and spread the agonies and deaths.

There is an inhuman rupture, an abyss that can be verified with the silence in the face of Lucio's filicide, as well as in

a certain outline of defense of the killers of Fernando Báez Sosa

that certain communicators outlined.

Terror has many faces.

Argentina suffered greatly from the terror displayed by those who assumed the right to kill in the illegitimate representation of the entire society, and from the atrocities of State terrorism.

But then terror has spread to private crime, insecurity and impunity for deadly hands that have the cloak that covers them, the cloak of complicity due to omission of public denunciation, or due to the indolence of a more sympathetic civil service. to empty rhetoric than to concrete actions.

The sacrifice of children slaughtered like Lucio, springs from the most perverse impulses of the human.

The perversions are spiraling for the convenience of

cynical actors who dress up as vigilantes and who operate for biased pseudo-political interests.

This silence of the organisms that supposedly work in favor of the victims but perpetrate the opposite, encourages the perpetrators.

And so, the innocent pay with their blood.
