Today, the Minister of Communications and Technology, Eng. Iyad Al-Khatib, inaugurated a communication center in the town of Al-Tah in the liberated southern countryside of Idlib.
Al-Khatib explained in a statement to reporters that a telephone exchange was installed in the center, whose building was rehabilitated during the past months with modern technologies, with a total capacity of 1,000 expandable telephone numbers, with 256 Internet gates that can be expanded, and the necessary operating requirements for the center were installed, including engines energy savings and digital transmission devices.
Al-Khatib added: A main and secondary copper network has been implemented in the town of Al-Tah, instead of the network that was stolen and vandalized by armed terrorist organizations during their deployment in the region in the past years.
