Every day we find more somber itineraries, without order or concert among its inhabitants;
many of them dominated by laziness, to face a truly bleak world panorama, which suffers absurd fights and horrifying trances.
For this reason, I believe that
citizen action is urgent
, with that ethical and diligent contribution in the activity, the industriousness in the institutions, whose task must always be exemplary.
In addition, we have to amend attitudes, serve hope in sad and sleepy eyes, apart from offering adequate structures that enliven and promote family aesthetics, within consideration of the sovereign dignity of each individual and each human group.
You just have to look and see the multitude of countries that continue to break international law with impunity."
.
If each person constitutes the base of everything as is natural, it must be respected in an authentic social perspective.
The
recognition of universal, inviolable and inalienable rights,
forms the best restorative of the cooperating alphabet, and as such must be mandatory, starting from the smallest town to the largest world stage.
For sure, we will have to activate a new heart to overcome indifference.
Certainly, there are many who claim to be Rules of Law that are failing,
running the grave risk
of hundreds of them being established on the planet, without any regulatory provision.
You just have to look and see the multitude of countries that continue to
break international law with impunity
, both the illegal development of nuclear weapons and the unauthorized use of force.
Precisely, a few days ago, the
United Nations
, through its Secretary General, reminded us of
some harsh realities.
António Guterres mentioned the Russian invasion of Ukraine;
the unlawful killings of Palestinians and Israelis;
“gender apartheid” in Afghanistan;
the illegal nuclear weapons program of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea;
violence and “serious violations of human rights” in Myanmar;
and “a deep institutional crisis” in Haiti.
We are also happy that throughout the world the UN is socially committed and mobilized against impunity".
.
Consequently, adherence to the normative spirit, especially in those
entire populations abandoned to oppression
, requires us, in order to guarantee the necessary freedom in which conscience must be formed and reformed, a moral authority made aware through the precept to put calm in our own coexistence.
It is not a bad sign, therefore, to claim peace in the world through a more equitable and supportive world.
We are also happy that throughout the world the UN is socially committed and mobilized against impunity, to hold the perpetrators of criminal and corrupt acts accountable through
fair and independent judicial procedures
;
facilitating support for victims and survivors with access to Justice, recourse and reparation.
Undoubtedly, the absolute primacy of law in relations between human beings and peoples is vital.
We have to
banish violence, the use of force,
disarm and dismantle selfish interests, so that the light shines in the building of another tomorrow, more abundant with true hugs and ties more in line with the just demands of the moment.
Keep in mind that
from the justice of each one is born that harmonious orb that we all require to be able to live.
In any case, no one can be exempted from this responsibility, which entails the defense of equal rights and the peaceful resolution of disputes.
It is clear that poverty, injustice and exclusion can only be addressed through the legal framework of effective, non-discriminatory and inclusive public policies.
Let's return to the normative spirit
and get out of this collapse of contradictions, which completely dehumanize us, generating an unstable world.
I believe that this is the way to rebuild a living space, not only globalized, but also twinned, without leaving anyone on the sidelines.

THE EDITOR'S COMMENT
By Cesar Dossi
Making the weight of Human Rights felt
The reader Corcoba Herrero tells us about the recognition of
"universal, inviolable and inalienable rights",
those that are constantly violated throughout the world.
And he makes a call to reinforce them from
“the justice of each one”.
The concept is interesting because it makes us put into practice that
moral and civic exercise to recover that social entity.
That is, to take an internal look at our daily behavior.
But also standing on the opposite sidewalk is not easy.
Because as the reader says
"it is a duty of justice that entails notable changes in our way of life".
It was the 75th anniversary of the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights
, elaborated by representatives from all over the world with different legal and cultural backgrounds, and was proclaimed by the
General Assembly of the United Nations
in Paris, on December 10, 1948, as a common ideal for all peoples and nations.
“Perhaps it is healthy to revive, as soon as possible, a globalized
culture of legality
in the face of the corruption virus that weakens the development of peoples.
Good governance and leadership requires the timely control and transparency necessary for an
impartial law enforcement style
, especially when it comes to managing assets and administering them for the common good;
that will result in an orchard, whose fruit will be
equity and a security that fraternizes
”
, adds the reader.
Meanwhile, to reinforce this belief, this hopeful idealism that is emerging in the world as a beacon -perhaps also as a lifeline- and to weaken the threats of corruption, debates must be introduced to
find consensus and consolidate it.
The CELAC Summit will be held next Tuesday: while the
repudiation of the visit of Nicolás Maduro
grows , Venezuelans in Argentina who accuse him of crimes against humanity request his investigation
.
Therefore, it is urgent to promote our values, connected as a social group, to
make the weight of the authenticity of Human Rights felt
and to proscribe that violence that is still based on the old political paradigms.
And so that it is finally installed in memory,
intervene and build without pause but with awareness,
with citizen action.
That should also be the essence to resume the task of
humanizing coexistence,
and thus be able to celebrate the achievements made as a country.
