Being affected by a serious illness is the risk that most worries the French (74%), questioned on this subject at the request of the General Directorate for Social Cohesion (DGCS).
When asked to place their fears on a rating scale, abuse of vulnerable people, cited by more than two-thirds of respondents (68%) comes in second place.
Tied with war and ahead of climate change (67%), terrorism (66%), street attacks (66%) and road accidents (62%).
