A prosecutor's statement was filed today (Sunday) against brothers from Holon residents, a boy and a young man, on the suspicion that they attacked a 25-year-old Beer Sheva resident in Bat Yam last week over a dispute over the use of the road.

The 25-year-old was taken to the Wolfson Hospital in Holon for medical treatment, while the two were arrested shortly after the incident, and since then their detention has been extended in the city's court.

According to the investigation of the incident, it emerged that the two motorcyclists turned to another rider while traveling on Ben Gurion Road in Bat Yam and ordered him to stop on the side after allegedly not giving them the right of way.

Immediately upon stopping, the two began to attack the rider using these, and spraying him with pepper spray.

It also emerged from the investigation that bystanders who were there intervened in the case, and tried to separate the parties.

The police, who received a report of a fight between young people on the spot, arrived at the scene, but then the two fled the scene and only after searches were completed were they arrested nearby.

About two months ago, a 36-year-old resident of Tel Aviv, Aryeh Greenfeld, was recorded severely beating a driver near the Arlozorov interchange on Ayalon Road in Tel Aviv.

According to the incident documentation, Greenfeld, a motorcyclist, was seen hitting the driver, about 50 years old, with a helmet several times - until he finally fell to the ground.

Following a report of the incident, a police officer from the national traffic police arrived at the scene and the man was arrested and sent for questioning.

The victim was referred for medical treatment at the Ichilov Hospital in a mild-moderate condition, and during the night his condition worsened.
