As part of the launch of a well-known and impressive hotel with an investment of close to 1.5 billion dollars, the superstar returned to perform on stage for the first time in 4 years • With dozens of musicians, backing singers and dancers, her comeback was nothing less than tremendous

It's been more than 4 years since Beyoncé hasn't appeared on stage (unless you count the stage at the last Oscars), and yesterday (Saturday) she finally returned to it at one of the biggest touring events ever.

• For the first time: direct flights from Israel to one of the best and cheapest spa destinations in Europe

• Will the queues be shortened?

The superstar's historic performance took place at the launch of the Atlantis de Royal Hotel in Dubai, the hotel that is supposed to be the best in the world, or at least one of the best.

The show started around 23:00 (local time) and lasted about 75 minutes.

Along with Beyoncé, there were dozens of musicians, backing singers, dancers and more on stage, which made the performance of someone who is considered one of the greatest singers in the world, a tremendous show that included dancing on the water, fireworks shows and more - which justified the reason why she reached the status she is in today.

Most of the songs in the show were lesser known, but of course there's no such thing as a Queen B show without some of her most beloved songs, such as "Halo", "Crazy In Love" and "Beautiful Liar".

As she closed the show with a performance of "Drunk In Love", Beyoncé descended from the stage towards the audience and into the huge fountain in the venue, from where she was raised dozens of meters high as the fountain worked around her.

Only about 1,000 people were present at the show, as it was a private performance by opinion leaders from all over the world who were invited to launch the hotel, which will open to the public on February 10.

Not surprisingly, Beyoncé's performance was the highlight of the weekend's events, which also included the tequila launch of Kendall Jenner, who was also present at the hotel, the opening of the new restaurants on site, including "Novo" by the renowned Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa, and more.

The hotel was built with an investment of nearly 1.5 billion dollars, and it has 43 floors and 795 rooms - 44 of which are suites.

The luxurious suites have private infinity pools, and the hotel building has become one of the most special buildings in Dubai, as it is built in the form of cubes that are placed one on top of the other in an asymmetrical and very impressive manner.

Travel agents are already reporting demand from Israelis for vacations at the hotel, and quite a few of them will arrive at the hotel already in its opening week.

Price per night starts from about NIS 3,100 per room.
