Component:
3 and 1/3 cups (500 grams) whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons of natural maple
1 flat spoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup toppings: nuts/almonds/pine nuts/pumpkin seeds/raisins/cranberries
1 and a half cups of soy milk
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix milk and vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes.
Chop all the extras into rough pieces.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda, salt and olive oil.
Add the milk and vinegar, and mix until a dough is formed.
Then add the cup of toppings, and mix until distributed in the dough.

5. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 190 degrees until the bread hardens on all sides.
