Civil sources from the town of al-Qahtaniya told SANA reporter that armed groups affiliated with the “Qasd” militia kidnapped women and children from one family from the town, and demolished their house after they refused to sell a plot of agricultural land to one of the militia’s militants.
On the fifteenth of this month, armed groups from the “Qasad militia” raided several villages in the countryside of Qamishli, kidnapped a number of young men, and took them to an unknown destination.
