But the wardrobe of one of his most illustrious clients: Josephine Baker.

On her inspirational painting, shots of the American intertwine, one where she is seated next to Juliette Gréco during a Dior show in 1959, another on the stage of Carnegie Hall during a tour in United States in the 1950s, dressed in an atomic sheath embroidered with large white sequins branded by the couturier.
