At least 11 people have been killed and 9 others injured in one of California's deadliest mass shootings.
The massacre occurred during the Lunar New Year festivities this weekend in Monterey Park, a predominantly Asian American enclave east of Los Angeles, at a time when the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community is still recovers from a wave of violence against him.
