The hotel has 17 restaurants, of which seven are world-renowned chef restaurants, while next to Matsuhisa's Japanese one, you can enjoy the restaurant of Chef Heston Blumenthal, an American diner, the Peruvian La Mar restaurant, the Greek "Milos" and quite a few other restaurants with leading and well-known names from around the world .

The restaurants also include sophisticated bars for entertainment until the wee hours of the night, including an open bar on the 22nd floor with an infinity pool and a breathtaking view of the Palm Island.
