Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu came today (Monday) to a support meeting for Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri, after he was fired from his positions in the government.
"What is democracy?" Netanyahu wondered.
"It is first of all the rule of the majority and respect for the rights of the individual. How do you guarantee that the rule of the majority will also protect the rights of the individual and a minority will not take over the majority - by balancing the three authorities."
"Arya and I are the only ones who have gone through obituaries twice in our lives."
