A leading brand in its field is expected to publish a message to its consumer public and also take care to inform the managers of the chains that sell it.

It was reported from Diplomat that "the shortage is temporary. In about two to three weeks, the products will be available. The products were delayed a bit in the delivery and some of the products need to go through registration processes."



Gillette razors are considered very popular in Israel with very high market shares.

For example, according to Storenext data, which does not include the pharmacy chains, Gilt's razors account for 73% market share, Chic accounts for 14%, the private label 10% and Edge 2%.

One of the criticisms about the brand is its high price in Israel.

Who is now trying to compete with the sales of the undisputed leading brand is the Carrefour brand.

Carrefour Israel launched two series of reusable and disposable razors, one series for men and the other for women in a price range of NIS 4.9-19.9.

The Carrefour MEN series includes two types of reusable razors with flexible heads and packs of the knife heads are sold in a price range of NIS 11.90-19.90.

The Carrefour Soft series, the women's product series, includes reusable razors as well as packs of knife heads.
