The victim was found in cardiorespiratory arrest by the emergency services around 6 p.m. at the level of the avenue des Îles, a road in the department yet considered peaceful by its residents.
The man, only known for traffic offenses according to

, succumbed to his injuries.
He would have been hit by at least one bullet;
an autopsy is to be performed on Monday to determine the exact causes of his death.
The Meaux prosecutor's office confirms the opening of an investigation for "
intentional homicide with premeditation
