AI threatens the job market and employees are required more than ever for creativity, imagination and a personal touch - voila! Marketing and digital

As of today, artificial intelligence still has difficulty with critical thinking and drawing conclusions, but it already requires all of us to produce much more value and adopt it in order not to be left behind

Introduction to artificial intelligence.

Many professors and employment experts have been arguing for years that one of the most important qualities in today's job market is creativity, and that the fact that our schools are not educating children to develop this quality is a serious failure.

In recent weeks, this important discussion took a turn with the release of the innovative ChatGPT to the world, endowed with creativity and inventiveness that is constantly being updated.

Many wonder if the tools and skills we have today will be enough in the battle against advanced artificial intelligence.

The short answer is that we will all have to upgrade ourselves and our professional and personal abilities, because very soon they may not be enough.

If until now the developing technology has reduced the manpower needed in many industries, but at the same time also created new jobs and fields of work, soon it may simply eliminate the need for many jobs of a pattern nature.

Those who do not provide added value may be irrelevant

In the current era where AI platforms are able to easily provide answers to many questions and problems, people will have to develop much more critical thinking.

Journalists, lawyers, programmers and even educators will have to provide added value that those platforms do not provide, otherwise, they may find themselves out of the game.

We are entering a new era, in which we will compete not only with work colleagues but also with automation systems, which will try to be one step ahead of us each time.

They will do everything efficiently, qualitatively and many times faster than humans.

Another question that came up for discussion is where does it meet your children or the future student from the family?

The explosion of November 2022 should make every child or young person who is just before enrolling in academic studies think about how they plan their career and field of study.

It should be emphasized that today the new platform still lacks a real ability to replace the critical thinking ability of humans, the ability to draw conclusions outside the box or understand a sentiment or emotions of humans.

But it is a warning sign for each and every one of us.

If until today some of us could afford to freeze on the yeast and not really develop in the workplace, and continue like this for years, it seems that these times are coming to an end.

Quite a few tasks we perform will be done in the coming years by AI with maximum efficiency and minimal cost.

The future signals a combination of forces between technology and human thinking

The strongest and most powerful "weapon" we have against artificial intelligence is creativity: our different point of view, our ability to analyze complex situations and understand emotion and the human mind.

So how can we develop creativity and adapt ourselves to the changing times?

Embrace uncertainty - dealing with changes, volatility and instability in work and life is difficult and most of us prefer to avoid it as much as possible.

But precisely when the chair wobbles and question marks begin to emerge, we push ourselves much more to get out of the fixed patterns and find original strategic solutions.

An excellent example of this can be taken from the peak period of the Corona virus, when suddenly many employees began to develop their own ventures and businesses, and to want to change the routine life path in which they lead their lives.

The shock and the feeling that maybe the skills we have now will no longer be enough to bring home a salary made us leave the safe zone, start developing connections and skills, be exposed to podcasts and websites, attend conferences, hear more opinions and ideas.

All of these are an excellent source of creative inspiration.

Secondly, it is important not to fight progress and technology, but to see how it can be harnessed to our advantage, how it can save us from technical and Sisyphean work, which wastes our time and wears us out, for example legal searches that can take hours of expensive lawyer work, providing answers and customer service for companies and organizations , finding code bugs for programmers and more.

The possibilities that AI brings are only now beginning to become clear, but what is certain is that sooner or later, every company, organization and educational institution will have to see how they integrate this innovative technology into their organizational structure.

Those who start today to produce products from AI will gain a critical competitive advantage

Already these days, many in the marketing industry are beginning to utilize the capabilities of the chat bot to their advantage and create a significant competitive advantage that will allow them to improve other skills.

The same layer of professionals already analyzes the various existing AI systems and manages to produce creative products from them, which give it significant added value.

The future indicates a combination of the forces of technology and human thinking, which leads to excellent solutions.

But this is only the beginning.

Whether you are school students, students or employees in an organization or company, each and every one of you has the opportunity to promote the abilities, knowledge and products for the place of study or work, and more importantly, for you personally.

A few days ago I saw a post online, which claimed that the reason students copy in exams is because the system teaches them to pursue achievements instead of developing critical and creative thinking.

Today is exactly the time for the schools and academic institutions in the world, who have already announced that they will boycott the use of Chat GPT, to stop for a second and see how they are raising a new generation of young people here, who will not be tempted to dump all their tasks on the new system and degenerate, but will learn to challenge it together with him to solve complex tasks, and on the way to develop critical thinking.
