The former member of the LR wanted to place the year 2023 under the sign of "

", a break with a sponsor region which "

” in which public authorities should act everywhere and all the time.
Conversely, the president of the regional council since 2017 has focused on three topics.

Christelle Morançais shared her goal of full employment.
“The shortage, yesterday, it was the jobs to be filled.
The shortage, today, it is the candidates for employment”,
remarked the elected official from the outset.
She also expressed regret “
that while our companies are struggling to recruit, the rate of entry into the labor market of those we train – nearly 25,000 per year – remains so low
”.
The president wants a "
reform of the training system
" with more requirements vis-à-vis candidates, training organizations, and more "
training within the company

In this area, the "BIG BANG of employment" will take place in the cities of Angers, La Roche-sur-Yon, Laval, Le Mans, Nantes from the beginning of March.

The start of this cycling event, which will cross the five departments, will begin in Saint-Nazaire on April 4, to finish in Le Mans on April 7.
