Will Mike Tyson face charges for altercation on a plane?

A civil lawsuit filed under the Adult Survivors Law in New York seeks $5 million from Mike Tyson for the alleged rape of an anonymous person, according to the lawsuit.
The anonymous person who made the complaint claims that Tyson took off her pants and violently raped her in a limousine after they met at a 1990s dance club called Septembers, according to an affidavit filed in Albany.
The case was brought under a recently enacted New York law that allows adult survivors of sexual assault to sue their abusers even if the deadline for their claims has expired.

In the affidavit requesting anonymity, the alleged victim sets forth what she claims occurred while she was in Tyson's limo on her way to pick up a friend.
“Tyson immediately started touching me and tried to kiss me,” the person said.

“I told him no several times and asked him to stop, but he kept attacking me.
He then took off my pants and violently raped me,” the affidavit reads.
The complainant says that he continues to suffer physical, psychological and emotional injuries, among other things, as a result of the alleged attack.
The court scheduled a hearing next month to give Tyson a chance to object to the accusers' request to pursue the lawsuit anonymously.
This isn't the first time Tyson has been accused of sexual misconduct.
Tyson was convicted by an Indiana jury in 1992 of raping Desiree Washington, Miss Black America, in a hotel room.
He served three of six years of his sentence for one count of rape and two counts of sexual misconduct.

CNN has reached out to Tyson's representatives for comment on the allegations.
Lawyers for the accuser said they conducted "thorough and incredulous" investigations into the allegations "and determined they are highly credible."
“Indeed, it turns out that numerous allegations have been made against the defendant,” the lawyers write.
The accuser seeks to remain anonymous because Tyson is a celebrity.
The case was filed in Albany County, where attorneys say the episode occurred.
