Graciela Alfano explained: "Both in the case of the kidney and the thyroid, the disease is surgical: they remove the tumors and then you just have to do controls."

But recovery is not easy.

"The first months I had an absolute regimen, I took anticoagulants, medication, I did check-ups, I had very little energy...", he explained. 

Now, everything begins, little by little, to be more bearable for her.
