the government confirmed this morning (Tuesday) that Shas members Michael Malchiali and Yoav Ben Tzur will be Ministers of the Interior and Health respectively.
Malchiali will also continue in his role as Minister of Religions.
According to the law, a minister can only hold office for a period of three months, after which it will be necessary to appoint a permanent minister.
As I recall, Deri was fired on Sunday at the cabinet meeting after the High Court ruling.

In Netanyahu's dismissal letter to Derai, published after the Prime Minister fired the Shas chairman at the end of yesterday's cabinet meeting, he wrote: "As you know, I decided to appoint you as deputy prime minister and minister of the interior and health with the approval of the majority of Knesset members, due to the work that I see in you as an anchor of Experience, wisdom and responsibility that are important to the State of Israel at any time, and especially at this time."

Yesterday the heads of the coalition, including Prime Minister Netanyahu, came to support Derai at the Shas faction meeting.
"There was a serious damage to democracy here, and we will fix it," Netanyahu said during the show of support.

This is unjust, and hurts the will of the majority. 400 thousand people voted for Deri as a senior minister, there is not one of our 2 million voters who did not want to see Deri in our government" .
