So, just after I opened my eyes this morning, I entered Instagram, and fed my soul with a good dose of nerves.
Yesterday evening, at the launch of the second season of "Beauty Queen of Jerusalem", Israel Oglebo launched a new relationship with a fashion designer named Dafna Kirchner.
The post of "Good evening with Guy Pines" that tells about the relationship and reveals photos of them together has over 450 comments this morning and most of them look like this: "What choices does he have to be healthy", "It turns out that he has an attraction to ugliness", "What kind of things does he have going on broke ", "He has a thing for lesbians", "Well, he can bring a nice girl, what's he got" - you get the idea.
Now, excuse me for going into the appearance of the commenters, but a- they started.
And I have a point here to convey.
Most of the comments that cross Dafna, who is probably a talented and very successful woman in what she does and may very well have that marginal thing that no one is interested in today, well, what do you call it, uh - personality, come from women who, from a quick look at their profiles, look just like What is "right" to look like today: long straight hair, full lips, a shaped and maintained body or in short - according to the Kardashian model.

My conclusion from the above two publications is that according to the Israeli commenting public, a woman who deserves to be "brought" is of course a beautiful woman, but without this whole section of "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", what are you kids? If you were to criticize only Dafna, it is obvious to the eye that she is not looking to join the chorus of lip-puffing and eyebrow-combing clones, then I would at least tell myself that you are superficial, shallow and threatened by everything that is different and by anyone who dares to be herself.

It doesn't matter at all what is currently considered the "right" or "proper" look.
It's already a matter of trend.
Today it's ass and lips and tomorrow it's protruding ribs.
The problem is that it is never the character, the skills, the ambitions, the approach to life.
It is never the soul, but only the shell, and that is true in general but much, much - much - more so when it comes to women.
We still feel that we have to be perfect so that men who are far from perfect will choose us.
We still have to live up to the impossible expectations we set for ourselves in order to be worthy of men who are simply living their lives, and many of whom, by the way, don't expect half of what we expect of ourselves.
It's just us - and when I say we I mean those reactions - who don't feel worthy enough.
