TV star on a spending spree: Konny Reimann shops in the cowboy shop
Konny Reimann is known as a relaxed and technically gifted emigrant who has made cowboy hats and boots his trademarks.
Whether as the face of Müller Milchreis, as a book author or as the boss at the "Konny Island" resort - the native of Hamburg has many facets and even after almost 20 years in public, viewers are always discovering new sides of the TV star.
In the latest episode of "Welcome to the Reimanns", the television audience once again learns something new: Even Konny likes to get in the mood for shopping in the right store.

Accompanied by the watchful eyes of the camera team, the Reimanns are out and about in Chicago on a clear mission: Konny wants to have his old boots repaired in a cowboy shop and, while he's there, buy a new hat right away.
"When Konny has to go shopping with me, he usually sits on a bench somewhere and waits or he wiggles behind me," explains Manu - but the smell of the leather accessories seems to have awakened the desire to buy in her husband.
Konny enthusiastically rummage through the store's colorful range and put a new belt, a classy belt buckle, a fringed leather jacket and another pair of shoes in the shopping basket - for a staggering amount of just under 1,600 euros.
How much does emigration cost?
Some would never dare, others have long dreamed of traveling into the unknown.
Even if emigrating sounds exciting – if you don’t want to return to Germany after a few months and have failed, you need a well-filled wallet.
A family of four should bring at least 90,000 euros in seed capital to the adopted country.

“Shopaholic”: Konny Reimann spends over 1,500 euros on cowboy clothes
"But yours is still good, isn't it?" asks Manu and gets a clear answer from her lover, who is trying on jacket after jacket: "You have to say that - you buy 140 panties, where I say two are enough .” Going on a shopping spree isn't usually on Konny's list of favorite things to do, but according to Manu there are a few exceptions.
"You just have to choose the right shop, then Konny will also become addicted to shopping," laughs the trained dressmaker. "It's a hardware store, a tool shop or a cowboy shop, for example."

Konny's spontaneous shopping spree is over, the wallet is a lot lighter and Manu carries the bagged treasures out of the store.
"Everything I'm carrying out now doesn't belong to me, it belongs to my husband.
He was really shopping”, she explains visibly amused and Konny also seems very satisfied with the yield.
"We've never had this shopping day today in our long-standing marriage, we've known each other for 450 years," he says happily, "It was the first time I came out with so many boxes and Manu has nothing."
Konny's shopping at the cowboy shop turned out to be quite expensive fun, but since leather items are known to last for many years, the investment was definitely worth it.
The two can afford such a noble purchase anyway, because Konny and Manu Reimann are financially secure thanks to their TV career.
