They will present a report to the Human Rights Commission, the same one the government attended. They will denounce the President and the Vice President.

Elisa Carrió together with the Executive Board of the Civic Coalition (CC) and the block of national deputies of the party will present a report to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations (UN) and the Special Rapporteurship on the independence of magistrates and lawyers , in which they will denounce the repeated "breaks in the rule of law" and the attacks against the institutions of the republic by Vice President Cristina Kirchner and the Government headed by Alberto Fernández.

"We have to make clear at the UN the will of Kirchnerism to appropriate Justice," they said.

The report also refers to events that occurred during the presidency of Cristina Kirchner and is a response to the document that the ruling party presented at the UN on Monday.

In charge of carrying this report was the ultra K Horacio Pietragalla.

There they maintained that the vice is a victim of lawfare and assured that there is a process of persecution underway against Cristina Kirchner orchestrated by the media, the Justice and the business sectors.

After the presentation of the report, the UN called on the Argentine government to "ensure the full independence of the judiciary and prosecutors and to guarantee the legality of the use of force and investigate its excessive use by the police forces."

It is within this framework that Carrió and his party made the decision to inform the UN Human Rights Council of their repeated complaints and accusations about the institutional coup and violations of human rights in our country.

"Blinded in the search for impunity for the Vice President, the Argentine government runs over Parliament and tries to appropriate the Judiciary,"

say Carrió and the CC.

"The paper that Pietragalla made yesterday before the UN Human Rights Council is an expression of a government lost before the claim of Justice," they added.

"The government that boasts of its friendship with dictators like (Nicolás) Maduro and (Daniel) Ortega,

appears before the UN with a fictional text that the same body denied in its response," explained Carrió and the CC.

These facts that Carrió and the CC list before the UN have already been sent on different occasions to the Organization of American States (OAS) to denounce the violations of Kirchnerism against the institutions.
