In an indictment filed by the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office about a week ago, Avital was accused of a series of indecent acts, including offenses of indecent act by force, indecent act, and indecent act while taking advantage of the woman's state of unconsciousness, or another situation that prevents her from giving free consent.
The police also announced that evidence was found to commit sexual offenses in two of the complainants, one of whom was a minor at the time of the offense.
A total of 26 complaints regarding sexual offenses were filed against Avital, for which the agent who fled to Europe was extradited to Israel at the beginning of the month - and he has been in custody since then.
