On Instagram, the reality TV star's makeup artist revealed the reference of the mascara used to achieve this XXL eyelash effect.

Celebrities do not only use exclusive and inaccessible beauty products.

Many of them are fans of references from our French pharmacies or pick from affordable skincare and make-up brands, such as Meghan Markle, Emily Ratajkowski, Selena Gomez or Kim Kardashian.

The latter is more used to devoting a substantial budget to her beauty routine, but she would sometimes be tempted by a few cosmetic classics that could be found in our own bathrooms.

In any case, this is revealed by one of her make-up artists, Ash Holm, on social networks.

The professional make-up artist was arrested on Instagram by a surfer about one of her beauty treatments performed on the businesswoman a few days ago.

"I've always been seriously curious about her lashes for years!

Ash Kholm, what do you do to make his eyelashes look like that?” asks a subscriber in the comments of a photo posted on January 19, 2023 on Kim Kardashian's Instagram account.

In this shot, the ex-wife of Kanye West appears indeed with a look filled with ultra-long and voluminous eyelashes.

At first glance, everything suggests that these are extensions or false eyelashes.

"You won't believe me, but I simply curled them with a Surratt eyelash curler and used Lancôme's Doll Lash mascara.

Two coats!

No false eyelashes today”, assures Ash Kholm in his response to the previous comment.

As its name suggests, this variation of Lancôme's cult mascara launched in 2012 was designed precisely to create a "doll's eyelash" style à la Twiggy, by sculpting a fringe of very thick, separated and elongated eyelashes.

False eyelash effect without extensions

It's hard to believe that the fan of wigs and false nails can achieve such a result without resorting to tricks.

And yet, Kim Kardashian had lent herself to a demonstration in front of the camera with this very same product in 2018. In a video tutorial published on the Youtube channel of American

Vogue

, the mother of four children already described it as one of her "worldwide favorite mascaras" at the time.

“Those are my eyelashes.

Everyone thinks I have eyelash extensions and I don't.

Do you see that?

No eyelash extensions here,” she declared, pulling on them to prove their true nature.
