Within half an hour, a woman from Munich had herself caught twice by the police without a driver's license.
A “sensitive punishment” awaits the 41-year-old.
Weyarn
– A civil patrol by the Munich police caught a 41-year-old driver twice in a row without a driver's license.
The officers stopped the woman from Munich last Friday, January 20, at around 10:45 a.m. in the Seehamer See car park on the A8 in the direction of Salzburg for a traffic check.
"It quickly turned out that the woman shouldn't really be sitting at the wheel of her Audi," reports the Holzkirchen motorway police.
The driver's license had already been revoked in the past for driving under the influence of alcohol.
"However, this apparently did not prevent them from illegally getting behind the wheel again."
Immediately after the check: the woman drives again without a driver's license
So that the 41-year-old can continue her journey, her 38-year-old partner from Holzkirchen was informed, who then drove to the parking lot at Seehamer See.
According to their own statements, the officials instructed him that he was not allowed to pass the key of the Audi on to his partner, since she was not allowed to drive.
"This seemed to have reached the couple, which is why the police patrol continued after the measures were completed."
However, the two people from Munich seemed incorrigible, writes the police.
"The officers had to pass the Seehamer See rest area again to get onto the autobahn - and half an hour after the first stop, the 41-year-old actually came towards them at the wheel of her partner's VW van." parking lot.
"The 38-year-old drove behind her in the woman's Audi."
Man faces charges of aiding and abetting a crime
As a result, the plainclothes police officers stopped both vehicles again.
The woman received a second report for driving without a license.
According to the police, her partner now also has to answer criminally for aiding and abetting his girlfriend's renewed crime.
The officers also withheld the key to the Audi.
"So that the two don't come up with 'stupid' ideas again," explains the police.
In particular, the woman should face a “severe punishment”.
