Iranian Security Minister Syed Mahmoud Khatib announced that more than 12 terrorist cells were recently dismantled by the security services in a short period, explaining that the roots of these cells that planned sabotage are linked to the Zionist entity.
Iran's Fars news agency quoted Khatib as saying at a meeting of the Security Provision Council in Zanjan province: "These terrorist cells planned revenge with various operations and through the strife they ignited," indicating that the vigilance of the security services thwarted all these strife.
Khatib touched on the ban imposed by the enemies on Iran, and said: “These enemies know that this ban did not make us weak, but rather strengthened the Iranian people’s self-confidence,” stressing that the hostile plans of the people were exposed.
