Mickaël Philétas faces life imprisonment.
The Versailles Assize Court on Wednesday morning required life imprisonment for this youtuber, who describes himself as a "seduction coach", accompanied by a security period of twenty-two years.
The 41-year-old man has been on trial since January 17 for killing his ex-girlfriend with 80 stab wounds on January 29, 2020 in Ecquevilly, a town near Mureaux (Yvelines).
He had also, that evening, stabbed several times and tried to abuse her sister and 35 stabbed the victim's new companion, who had to "pretend to be dead".
For the Advocate General, the premeditation is "no doubt".
"He was there to destroy," she said.
For her, “her will is to annihilate her ex and her family”.
"A homicidal hatred of women"
And even if the accused remained silent throughout the trial, his "masculinist" profile caught everyone's attention.
The Advocate General also described an accused having "a homicidal hatred of women" and did not fail to recall the existence of a video by Mickaël Philétas entitled "How to knock out an ex".
