The Argentine opposition boasts victory: "Maduro had to stay in Venezuela"

Patricia Bullrich, former Minister of Security of Argentina and president of the Republican Proposal (PRO) party, attributes the absence of Nicolás Maduro at the summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac), held in Buenos Aires, as a victory for the opposition.

Bullrich also criticizes the position of President Alberto Fernández against the dictatorships in the region.
