The beginning of the nightmare for Sena began last Wednesday, when Milena was urgently transferred to the Mariano Acosta hospital guard, because according to her mother's story, "she fell out of bed and hit her head."

The girl arrived at the hospital lifeless.

The story and the arrest

For two months

Milena had lived with her mother

, in her house on Calle José Ingenieros at 1200, in a vulnerable neighborhood of Mariano Acosta, in Merlo.

Torres lives there with his new partner, another baby (product of the new relationship and Milena's brother) and a 4-year-old boy, Chamorro's son.

The story of Torres, mother of the minor,

did not close the investigators

.

According to the woman, everything happened around 10 p.m. last Tuesday while she was preparing dinner for her family.

In an oversight, he said that Milena

accidentally fell from the bed

where she was resting and the next day she woke up with vomiting and seizures.

That's why she decided to take her to the hospital.

But when reviewing the lifeless body of the girl, the doctors detected that there was not only a blow to the head: she presented other marks of

signs of violence,

for which they alerted

Not the authorities.

The review of the experts confirmed the existence of the injuries: a strong blow to the head, a laceration to the liver with

internal bleeding

, blows to the abdomen and a fissure in the tibia of the right leg.

Then, after the coroner's report, it was found that Milena had signs of having suffered

ill-treatment

prior to the time of her death.

According to sources in the case, the girl

died on Tuesday night.

Justice ordered the immediate arrest of the mother, Torres;

and her partner, Chamorro.

Meanwhile, after the coroner's results, the case was reclassified as "homicide aggravated by the relationship" for the woman, and as the crime of "Simple homicide" for the stepfather of the murdered minor.
