In view of the seriousness of the charges, two weeks ago the Commissioner of the Civil Service, Professor Daniel Hershkowitz, ordered the suspension of the doctor until the end of the disciplinary proceedings against him.

In his decision, the Civil Service Commissioner emphasized the seriousness of the acts of which the doctor is accused in view of their nature, their nature, their alleged execution within the work and towards an intern under him, even with the threat that she might lose her place of intern.

The senior doctor denies everything attributed to him.
According to his version, the intern filed a "false complaint out of improper motives" against him and only after many months, "the word speaks for itself".
According to him, after the incident, he and the intern continued to correspond, he claimed that these were acts of the lowest level, and added that at the time of the incident, there was no hostile relationship between him and her.
