A ton of cannabis seized by customs in New Aquitaine

Checked on the RN10 south of Poitiers (Nouvelle-Aquitaine) at 5 a.m. on January 20, a truck driver was arrested with 755.5 kilos of resin and 45 kilos of herbal cannabis in his trunk, packaged in 23 Moroccan suitcases and five large sports bags.

Registered in Spain, this Portuguese man in his forties had hidden his loot behind the shower walls he was also carrying.
