, Fernando Burlando's partner, was very outraged after hearing the defense lawyer Hugo Tomei's plea in the trial for the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa, who asked for the acquittal of all rugbiers.
After sharing a photo of Tomei with a donkey emoji on her Instagram account, where she has more than 1.7 million followers, the model recorded a video expressing her feelings.

"I am outraged … Sorry that I am like this in pajamas but this being a mother …" began Barby, who in December was the mother of Sarah, the result of her relationship with Burlando.
And then he defended his partner:

said, pointing at Tomei.
Later, in another Instagram story, Barby shared another image -captured from the television- of the defense lawyer for the eight rugbiers accused of the Báez Sosa crime, which occurred on January 18, 2020, and expressed:

Previously, prior to Burlando's final plea, defender of Fernando's parents, Silvino and Graciela, Barby shared a photo of her daughter with a sign asking for justice for the crime.

For his part, Burlando spoke of the video that Tomei showed in which he observes the media lawyer insulting the defendants.
"Am I rude? It may be that I have made some outburst, because I tell them from 'conchudos' to anything. But beyond that it is an advantage. Because Silvino and Graciela see that I defend them even when I am not with them " , assured Burlando in La Red.
And he kept the epithets he used to refer to the defendants:

The trial for the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa, which is taking place in the city of Dolores, closed the pleadings stage this Thursday.
The defense of the rugbiers exposed its foundations and requested in the first instance the acquittal of the eight.
Subsidiarily, it raised the possibility that the case be taken as a homicide in a fight, an eventual intentional homicide or a preterintentional homicide.
The defendants - for whom the prosecution and the complaint requested life sentence - made use of their last words and asked for forgiveness.
The court will announce the verdict on February 6
