Self-training for terrorism.
This is one of the crimes for which a forty-year-old anarchist resident in the Lanzo area, Davide Perotti, was convicted today in Turin.
The penalty calculated by the court at the end of an abbreviated procedure is
three years and ten months
' imprisonment.
The prosecutor had asked for a total sentence of over nine years, stating that the man (also called to answer for some robberies without subversive connotations) was preparing attacks at the CPR (Repatriation Center) and the headquarters of Intesa Sanpaolo.
The event had never occurred, but the public prosecution had equally contested the act of terrorism, which the investigating judge considered 'absorbed' by the alleged self-training activities.
